Water Cycle Webquest
Introduction
The water cycle describes the movement of water throughout Earth's surface, atmosphere, and underground. Water is constantly moving from one place to another through the processes of evaporation, precipitation, transpiration, condensation, and runoff. Water in the water cycle can exist as a solid, liquid, or gas. The water cycle is very important to life on Earth.
Task
Your team will work together to create a travel journal of your simulated journey through the water cycle. Your team's journal will include your experiences in all four stages of the water cycle. When your travel journey is complete your team will give a presentation of your journey to your classmates.
Process
Each member of your group will be assigned a part of the water cycle. This person will be responsible for becoming an expert on that part of the water cycle.
As you research your assigned part, be sure to record your information on your information sheet.
